Brennan Butler joined Now IT Matters in 2015. Brennan is a Certified Salesforce Administrator and has over 7 years experience in the non-profit and social service sectors. Prior to joining Now IT Matters, Brennan worked for Echo Engineering where she revamped their Salesforce training process. Gathering information from various departments, Brennan was able to create new training guides featuring step-by-step instructions for each field in the organization’s Salesforce Instance.

Brennan studied Information Technology at Walden University and has worked hard to enhance her Salesforce skillset. Most notably, Brennan has developed an effective strategy for speaking to varying levels of tech savvy employees in a company. This strategy has enabled her to bridge the gap between technical jargon and everyday conversations. Ultimately, her strategy resulted in the company being able to move forward with their goals more efficiently. Brennan’s technical knowledge, coupled with her extensive training experience and can-do attitude, allow her to help Now IT Matters’ clients do #MoreGoodBetter.

When she is not helping nonprofits and the Salesforce community through her work with Now IT Matters, Brennan is an animal advocate, opening her home as a shelter. She also enjoys gardening, herbalism, experiencing local cuisine, hiking, and zip lining with her daughter.
